Amy C. Horner, Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer Amy Horner is responsible for the daily operation of LTBD as well as client services and staff management. Amy also has a group of clients where she performs duties as the Director of Finance and/or Controller of their organization. She is the lead professional on recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for all accounting positions within the firm. After starting her career in public accounting as an auditor for Manufacturing and Not-for-Profit clients, Amy joined one of the top five national homebuilders where she excelled as the Controller for the Northern Virginia market.
Amy has her CPA from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the AICPA. She has a BS in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she was a student-athlete on the women's varsity soccer team. Amy continues to play soccer several times a week and in her spare time enjoys traveling and running road races of annually decreasing distances.
